1897 BBQ is a wood smoked craft BBQ restaurant whose main focus are smoked meats including ribs, brisket, pulled pork and chicken. They source much of their meats from Wood Farm. They are also a from scratch kitchen where the sides and desserts are made daily. The name of the business pays homage to when the building first opened it’s doors for business [1897]. Also paying tribute is a signature sandwich, “The Big Henry” after the buildings first owner.

Bravas is a quick service food truck and full service restaurant focused on the classics we have become known for-burgers, hot dogs, and patatas. Our restaurant features a more extensive burger and sandwich menu along with some spanish tapas and larger dinner plates (availble after 4pm). We source most of our proteins locally from places like Wood Farms and Hoffman Organics, as well as, tapping into the local supply chain for specials during the growing season.
